My teacher and her teaching were fine but I learnt a lot from her. However, I learned later she was not a qualified teacher. I have given it three stars because of what I learned.
However, in my view, the manager, the owner and the staff of the establishment lacked professional boundaries. In my first lessons, there were interpretations. First, the manager walked in and started to talk to me without greeting or introducing herself. There were then two other interpretations from other members of the staff. One walked in with a register to speak to the teacher about the attendance records of other students. This chap did not introduce himself or apologise for the interpretation. This was a further interpretation, for no reason, by another staff member who also did not introduce himself. At the end of my lesson, I was followed out of the building by two members of the staff, who without introduction, wanted me to give them feedback on the teacher's abilities. My first impression of the establishment was not positive,
The next day I complained to the manager, Ms Ragawani, about her and her staff's unprofessional behaviour.
A few days, later whilst waiting for my transport back to my accommodation, I was spoken to by a man who did not introduce himself. He told me about his business and professional experience in Europe and his charitable intentions. When I asked him he told me his name was Hitesh and that he was the owner of the business. We chatted for a while and he invited me and my wife, Susan Mnroe for dinner at his house. He also said that he would show us Jaipur.
A few days later the dinner invitation was again mentioned by Ms Ragawani. Having spoken to Susan, I accepted the invitation.
The dinner at Ms Ragawani's apartment was a pleasant experience until Mr Hitesh turned up when we had started to eat. He made some excuse for his lateness and sat down to eat. and talk about himself and his good deeds. He then asked us about were contacts within the British Health Service (NHS). He told us that there are many qualified nurses in Jaipur and he wanted to help them to work as nurses in the UK. We explained that we were retired and had no such contacts but he continued to press us. In my view, this is unprofessional behaviour.
Throughout the second week, Ms Ragawani complained to me that Language International had not paid for my lessons. I explained that we had paid in full to LI and this was nothing to do with me but she continued to raise the issue with me. In my view, this is unprofessional behaviour.
On the evening of my last lesson. the Germanshala arranged an informal goodbye ceremony with some snacks and tea. This was very nice of them and was a pleasant experience until Mr Hitash announced that he wanted to visit the UK and wanted me to sponsor his application for a tourist visa. In my view, this is unprofessional behaviour.
I have requested Germanshala that any photos taken of me by them are not used in any social media or publicity material. I worry that the main purpose of this establishment is to send students to Germany as a visa factory.
Hello,
Thanks for review. Good to hear from you Mr. Pal.
1. I entered to your class, as you visited a day before the duration of planned classes started at Germanshala without appointment just to check the place. Please take appointment first so that we can check our schedule too.
I was not in office that day, hence I came to check if lesson is well managed by teacher or not and Just to check upon your wellbeing and comfort. We always take feedback after 1st class and we did not repeat this procedure again.
2. Thanks for Joining for dinner at my place. It was my pleasure to pick you up as it was raining outside and your driver was not able to drop you at exact location. Hence I took this pleasure to pick you up and after dinner It was a thanksgiving gesture from Mr. Hitesh to drop you back to your guest house in late hours although you did not ask for this.
This meet was quiet informal and discussion at my place and talking to you regarding NHS was only because you have Indian Origin and you wife was once worked in Hospital, hence we simply asked. Also we were so comfortable talking to you regarding our other segment over dinner.
3. I think you had misunderstanding. Mr. Hitesh just mentioned to visit you and asked for invitation in order have longterm relationship with you. He never asked for any Sponsorship. Sorry that you did not understand him proper.
4. Fees was really a concern. It was technical problem from banks. It was just a request to you if you can ask team of LI on our behalf. That is it.
5. So many favours were made unnoticeable, as we kept your belongings (cap) with due care and offered you space even after office hours to wait for your Cab.
We are also thankful for sweets and chocolates you offered to our team and me.
Also Thankful that you liked Dinner and Goodbye Ceremony.
6. Lessons were upto the students expectations and lessons were well organised with best teaching practices. We provided proper notes. You were so happy with teacher too. She had already experience of teaching Hindi to school students in Jaipur.
Please note this.
Thanks once again.

Hi, my name is David and I have been to Germanshala for my German Language Course for around 9 months duration while I stayed In Jaipur.
The classes and faculties were awesome, they helped me with my living and stay their. They also offered me Indian food which was so good and delicious.
Training was excellent and I have no complains and I recommend many of the students, travelers, home stayers or food lovers to avail a chance of being with them.
Today I am very very confident with my German language skills and I can speak , read and write very good German. I am really happy the way I was trained, treated and retreated.
They also have nice student homes and student residency with adequate kitchen facility where you may also cook if that,s needed. They will take you on a city tour and also organise many other tours to other cities in the Province of Rajasthan in India.
bis bald, danke.
Thanks for your review David.
It was all our pleasure to have you at our school in India.
