1. Choose a language, country, course type and duration.


2. Compare courses and language schools on our website – no more paper brochures!


3. Select a specific course, then register for it online. A student advisor will call you back in 1 business day to confirm your course availability.


4. Choose preferred form of payment: bank transfer or credit card. Please note that a $55 bank transfer fee or a 3.5% credit card charge applies.


5. Receive an invoice from Language International. Pay the total amount on the invoice within 2 days after you receive the invoice. If you are paying by bank transfer, send a scanned copy of the bank receipt to Language International.


6. Upon receipt of your payment, you will be officially enrolled in the course. Language International will then send you the acceptance documents from the school within 5 business days of your enrollment and your access code to a free one month online language course.


7. If you need a visa, e-mail your student advisor a scanned copy of your passport. Then make an appointment with your local embassy. To be safe, allow two months to get an appointment with your embassy and to get the visa. Your school acceptance documents will be mailed to the address that you provided to Language International. 8. Take the required documents to the embassy to apply for a visa. If the course is in Western Europe, please wait until Language International sends you your proof of insurance.


9. Forward your flight information to Language International, so we can arrange for airport pick-up and/or notify the school of your arrival date.
